Bashir Al-Taloul holds a Ph.D. from the University of Jordan in the field of sports management and training, awarded in 2017. He has been working as a lecturer at the College of Physical Education at Al-Quds University in Abu Dis since 2010. Bashir also serves as a lecturer for various coaching courses at different levels organized by the Palestinian Football Association.
Throughout his career, Bashir has held the position of technical director for several clubs in the Premier League and semi-professional leagues, with his most recent role being with Shabab Al-Khalil, the Premier League champions. He has participated in numerous training courses aimed at developing sports, particularly football, in Palestine and neighboring Arab countries.
Bashir Al-Taloul holds a diploma for professional coaches from Qatar and has acquired multiple coaching certificates in football and other sports such as swimming, diving, water rescue, refereeing, and physical fitness. He has previously worked as a fitness coach at a military physical education center in the United Arab Emirates.
Furthermore, Bashir has actively participated in conferences in Arab countries, including a seminar on sports ethics in combating doping and a conference at Yarmouk University's College of Physical Education. He has published several important research papers with the aim of developing sports in both Arabic and English and has served as an external examiner for numerous master's theses.
