Haitham Al-Sharif has joined Al-Ahly training after returning to the Red Team. He participated in a joint training session with the Islamic University team on its grassy field today.
Al-Sharif's return to Al-Ahly came after an agreement was reached with the club's board of directors to sign a one-season contract during which he will participate with the team in the league and cup championships.
Al-Sharif is considered a strong addition to the Al-Ahly team, which is competing strongly for the Premier League championship, due to his capabilities, such as his strong, solid physique and extensive experience in the Gaza Strip stadiums.
It is worth noting that Haitham Al-Sharif participated with Al-Ahly in the Dialogue and Tolerance Sports Championship two years ago, and played with the team in the first leg of the last league championship, before joining the Al-Bureij Services team for the second leg, but he did not achieve his ambitions of qualifying for the Premier League with them.
Al-Sharif played for several Gaza clubs, including his home club, Shabab Jabalia, Gaza Sports Club, and Khadamat Al-Shatea . He was selected for the national team in 2006 under the leadership of technical director Azmi Nassar, and participated with it in one of the foreign camps.
