Abdulraouf Rezeq Al-Masri was born in Nablus, 1896. His primary school was in his home country, then he went to al-Azhar al-Sharif and stayed there for seven years.
In 1921 he came back to Nablus and worked as a teacher, then he went to Egypt again; he was assigned by the Egyptian government as a literature teacher at University of Alikra in India; 1922.
From India to North Africa to Europe where he was appointed as a philosophy and literature teacher at University of Berlin.
Abdulraouf died in 1960.
