Mustafa Khalil Salem Al-Saifi (1938) is a Palestinian journalist and poet. He was born in Al-Walajah, in the district of Jerusalem. He is the older brother of the poet Maryam Al-Saifi. Studied in Amman. He worked as an editor in Jordan and then in Kuwait in the newspaper "Sawt Al Khaleej" and on Kuwait Radio, then he moved to Bahrain and established the "New Society" magazine, and managed its editing, then returned to Jordan and established a printing press there.

Mustafa Khalil Salem Al-Saifi was born in the year 1357 AH / 1938 AD in Al Walaja in the Jerusalem District. He immigrated to Jordan after the Nakba, and studied in Amman schools, where he completed his preparatory studies.
He worked in Jordan, then in Kuwait, where he worked for several years in the newspaper "Sawt Al Khaleej" and Radio Kuwait, and then moved to Bahrain, where he established a weekly social magazine called "The New Society". There was a printing press in it, and he worked as its manager. Lives in Wroclaw, Poland.
