Born in Safed in 1930, studied Education at Damascus University 1958, received his MA in Education in 1969, PhD in Philosophy of Education from Ein-Shams University in Cairo 1977, worked in teaching in Syria and Libya; educational consultant of the PLO's Higher Education Department since 1972; got a scholarship form Damascus University to study in the United States; author of 32 educational books, wrote many scientific articles about the Palestinian issue.
