Abdulqader Yousef was born in Al Taiba Village - Tulkarm.
He belonged to the British correspondence schools, and he prepared himself for the exams of University of London.

He worked as a teacher, then he got his master degree from University of Indiana (United States) in two majors; the first one in Education and Physiology, and the second one in Political Science.

In 1956, he came back to Jordan, then he moved to Libya and started to work as a teacher in a Teachers Institution then in the Faculty of Education at the University of Libya.
