Sadeq was born in Menashiya, Jaffa 1938; received his BA in Fine Arts from Helwan University, Egypt in 1969; MA in Graphic Arts from University of Baroda in 1992; he then received his PhD degree in Graphic arts from the same university in 1999.


His works experience:

1- Director of the Art Directorate at the UNRWA in Na'our, Amman from 1973-1981.
2- Part-time in Al-Yarmouk University.
3- Supervisor of the Reprographic Directorate in Yanbu Industrial College in Saudi Arabia, 1988, 1990. 
4- A founding and board member of the Jordanian Plastic Artists Association since 1977.
5- Wrote many researches in art criticism, some of them were published in the Jordanian newspapers and magazines.


He has held several solo exhibitions in Jordan and abroad.
