Born in Beersheba 1929, obtained his PhD from Ohio University in 1954; worked as chairman of the Pharmacy Dept. at the Ministry of Health in Bahrain 1956 and as an adviser at the same ministry. 
Reyad contributed in many conferences and scientific courses, he has also co-authored numerous scientific books in both languages, Arabic and English.
