Born in Deir al-Ghusun village (northeast of the city of Tulkarm) 1945; finished his primary education in his village; studied at An-Najah National University in Nablus, graduated from Cairo University in 1967. Mansour worked in Journalism in Amman, Kuwait, Beirut and Baghdad, he currently lives in Amman.
