Ahmed Abdul Ghani bin Jabr al-Tamimi flowered 1368, 1947, born in the village of "Der system" near Ramallah in Palestine. He studied primary and beyond stages of Palestine. His college was in Saudi Arabia in the city of the Prophet: Islamic University, and earned a bachelor of them in the canon, a year from 1974 to 1975. Then master's degree in Islamic law from the University of Umm Al-Qura, the year 1978 to 1979. Then he majored in modern sciences and received his doctorate from the University of Umm Al-Qura 1983. Work in Umm Al Qura University associate professor in the Hadith and its sciences, and university faculties of education for girls in Riyadh, and the University of Jerusalem - Faculty of Da'wa and the fundamentals of Islam. Modern Society and presided over the revival of heritage in the city of Zarqa, Jordan, from the year 1420- 1429 AH, and the presidency of the body of the Palestine Scholars abroad.
