Born in Jaffa 1907, finished his education in Jaffa, then he joined the American University of Beirut (AUB) where he received his BA in Chemistry, Biology, and Physics 1930; co-founder of the Students Club, arrested in 1929, he then moved to Jordan and worked as a science teacher at Al-Salt Secondary School; then as its principle. Alamiri returned to Palestine and worked as an Assistant Manager of Jerusalem Broadcast, received a Diploma from the Palestinian Law Institute, following al-Nakba (1948) he left to Jordan and became the director of the Jordanian Broadcast; representative of Jordan in the International Armistice Committee; he has also worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Import and Export Control Dept., Ministry of Housing and the Audit Bureau, published his articles in several magazines and newspapers, appointed as Minister of Foreign Affairs 1967; also served as the Jordanian Ambassador in Egypt; Education Minister, elected as Chairman of the Jordanian Writers Association. Alamiri died in Prague in 1978.
