Rula Salim Omar: A Jordanian chef of Palestinian origin from the town of Jayyous in the Qalqilya district. She holds a diploma in Arabic language and literature and has won several awards in cooking competitions, the most important of which was winning first place in the Six Flavors 2013 competition organized by Knorr International in cooperation with Roya TV. She also holds several certificates in the art of food making from British academies.
