Khaled Abdel Fattah Mohammed Hourani (born September 20, 1965) is a Palestinian painter , curator, and art critic , and the founder of the International Academy of Art in Ramallah . Born in Hebron , he received the "Creativity for Art and Social Change" award from the Creative Times Foundation in New York in 2013. In 2019, he published a book entitled "Searching for the Camel of Burdens ." He is a member of the board of directors of the Yasser Arafat Museum .

Graphic designer of Al-Karmel cultural magazine, which was managed and edited by the poet Mahmoud Darwish during the period (1998-2009).
Director General of the Department of Fine Arts at the Palestinian Ministry of Culture during the period (2004-2006).
Artistic Director of the International Academy of Arts in Palestine during the period (2007-2010).
Administrative Director of the International Academy of Arts in Palestine during the period (2010-2013).
He worked as a coordinator for a number of art exhibitions in Palestine and abroad.
