Issam Muhammad Muslat (1971-) is a Palestinian historian born in the city of Jericho , where he received his primary education at Al-Amari Boys' Elementary School , and his secondary education at Ramallah Boys' Secondary School. He obtained a BA from Birzeit University, majoring in History and Political Science , and a MA from the same university.  He prepared two research papers, the first entitled "The Palestinian Industrial Sector 1948-1996", and the second entitled "The Relationship between the Hashemite Regime and the Zionist Movement ". He obtained a PhD from the University of Nilein in Sudan, on the subject of:  "The Government of All Palestine and the Palestine Liberation Organization " in 2005.

Issam Muslat has published several research papers, including: 

The policy of dependency and the outbreak of World War I.
The concept of politics and governance in the Arab world.
The emergence of the modern Kingdom of Morocco.
Zionist strategy towards East Jordan.
The contemporary Arab political system.
The concept of curriculum and its development throughout history.
