Sharif Al-Khadra (1917-1983) is a Palestinian visual artist . He was born in the city of Safed , and completed his primary and secondary education there. He then studied the art of photography at the School of Decorative Industries and the Leonardo da Vinci Institute in Cairo, graduating in 1938.

Sharif Al-Khadra returned to Jerusalem after graduating and opened a shop and worked in banners and advertisements, until the Nakba occurred and he was displaced from Palestine after losing his home and shop, and the fate of his artistic works in the homeland remained unknown. 

Then he immigrated to Syria and worked as an art teacher in Sweida , Syria. Then he left for Kuwait in 1952, where he was one of the pioneers of the Palestinian art movement. He worked as an art teacher and practiced art with many Palestinian artists, including: Daoud Al-Jaouni, the brothers Omar, Jamal and Amin Shammout, Shafiq Radwan , Ismail Shammout and others. 

Then he moved to Damascus in the early eighties and died there.
