Aisha Al-Khawaja Al-Razem (13 August 1952) is a Palestinian-Jordanian poet, journalist, and painter. I was born in Al-Nuweima refugee camp in Jericho. She holds a Higher Diploma in Nursing, and a Diploma in Management and Politics from Maxwell University, Alabama. Then she obtained a degree in Arabic literature from Beirut Arab University. He worked in education, publishing and journalism, and is a member of a number of associations, associations and human unions. She has several collections of poetry.

Aisha Al-Khawaja Al-Razem was born on August 13, 1952 / Dhu al-Qa’dah 23, 1371 in Al-Nuweima refugee camp in Jericho. She received her primary education in the schools of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the West Bank. Then she continued her education in Amman until she finished high school, 1970, then obtained a diploma in nursing science from Princess Muna College in 1972, a diploma in administration and politics from Maxwell University in the US state of Alabama 1983, then a BA in Arabic literature from Beirut Arab University 1989. She also studied modern art at Trinity University, from which she obtained a master's degree in 2004, and a doctorate in 2007.

She published her first vertical poem in 1971, and she writes, in addition to poetry, political articles since 1974. She entered the press and published her articles in a corner of the balance in Al-Dustour newspaper from 1978 to 1990. She continued to publish her articles in Al-Rai newspaper from 1990 to 2005, and was the editor-in-chief of Al-Safira magazine Jordan during 2002-2006. She was the owner and director of Al-Khawaja House for Publishing, Distribution and Studies from 1990 to 2001, the owner and director of the Al-Razem Foundation for Publishing, Distribution and Studies from 2001-2009, and the owner and director of Al-Feniq Gallery for Culture and Arts during 2005-2009.
In painting, she participated in many plastic exhibitions, and exhibited her artworks in many Arab countries.
She is a member of the Jordanian Writers Association and a number of associations, associations and humanitarian unions that care for the deaf, dumb and the disabled. She ran for the first parliamentary elections in Jordan, but she did not get enough votes to win.
