Shawqi Abd al-Majid Ahmad al-Issa (born on November 4, 1962 in Bethlehem) is a Palestinian lawyer and former minister, who held the portfolios of the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture in Rami Hamdallah's third government. He continued in his position as Minister of Agriculture until the first cabinet reshuffle in July 2015, while retaining his position as Minister of Social Affairs until his resignation in October 2015.
