Master student Lubna Gharaibeh supervised by me and thesis entitled: Evaluation of VTE prophylaxis in the Jordan University Hospital, appropriateness and cost effectiveness received Hamdi Mango Award for best research by a graduate student for the year of 2015, The University of Jordan.

SOME EXAMPLES OF SCHOOL OF PHARMACY ACHEIVMENTS AND SUPPORT DURING MY 2016-2018 DEANSHIP TERM:
1.Holding the 4th International Conference of the School of Pharmacy - The University of Jordan and The 2nd Conference of the Association of Faculties of Pharmacy at Jordanian Universities. October 25-27, 2016. And raising funds for the conference with more than 58,000 JOD. The school of pharmacy had a surplus of 26,000 JOD after all expenses of the conference were spent. 
2.Presenting a proposal and acquiring funds from the ministry of planning and international cooperation in the amount of 750, 000 JOD to build a fourth floor at the school of pharmacy as per requirement of accreditation.
3.Acquiring funds from Rawhi Pharmacy drug store chain, and establishing the second model pharmacy at the school.
4.Acquiring funds from ACDIMA to and establishing an 80 m2 area for students’ discussions and all activated room for students.
5.Acquiring funds from Pharmacy one to prepare and open the pharmacovigilance office at the school of Pharmacy.
6.Building a special storage area for expired and waste chemical product outside of the School building.
7.Renovation and addition of new unites to the females restrooms.
8.Renewing all study plans for the 5 programs offered by the school of Pharmacy, the new study plans are built according to competencies and learning outcomes.
