Al-Shifa Medical Complex arrived this morning, Dr. Asaad Haniyeh, a consultant open-heart surgeon, coming from Germany through the Palestine Children's Relief Society.

Dr. Hassan Al-Louh, Acting Director General of the complex, welcomed this visit, appreciating the efforts of all medical delegations coming to our hospitals to relieve patients of the besieged Gaza Strip for more than 15 years.

He pointed out that Dr. Asaad Haniyeh will stay in the Gaza Strip for 3 weeks, during which he will examine and evaluate cases, in addition to performing specific surgeries for them, in coordination with Dr. Saher Abu Ghali, consultant and head of the open-heart surgery department in the complex.
