Hala Espnioli (Hebrew: האלה אספניולי) (born in 1951 - died on April 25, 2022) in Nazareth, is a Palestinian academic and researcher in the field of education in the Arab community in Israel. Deputy Dean of Teachers College in Haifa.

I grew up in the city of Nazareth. She is the sister of researcher and activist Nabila Espinoli.
Espinoli has served as chair of the Education Issues Follow-up Committee and an education advisor at the Israeli Ministry of Education. She obtained a BA in Arabic and Sociology from Haifa University, after which she obtained a MA in Educational and Psychological Counseling from Haifa University, and a Ph.D. in Educational Counseling later from Bar Ilan University.
After obtaining her doctorate, she worked as a lecturer at the Arab College of Education (Dar Al-Moualemeen) in Haifa and held several positions, including the deputy dean of the college.
She has several books in the fields of education and psychology, including the book "The Secrets of Proverbs", in which Espinoli analyzes Arabic proverbs from a psychological, social and historical perspective. She devoted the bulk of her research to studying the educational gaps between the educational systems of Arab and Jewish society.
She established the Arab Educational Council, which is concerned with educational issues, and established the Education for Identity Project. She was one of the founders of the Childhood Center institutions in Nazareth, and she is also one of the founders of the Dirasat Center - the Arab Center for Rights and Policies. She previously served as a management member in several institutions and works in the field of combating discrimination and racism and the rights of Palestinian citizens, among these institutions: Adalah Center, Musawah Center and others.
