Rasha El-Tawil is currently an associate in the Personal Injury Law group. Rasha assists injured individuals and their families in all aspects of injury claims, and is dedicated to achieving the best results for her clients. Rasha has successfully represented clients at all levels of court in Ontario including the Ontario Court of Justice, The Superior Court of Justice, The Ontario Court of Appeal, as well as administrative tribunals.
Rasha obtained a Bachelor of Arts, Honors Political Science & Philosophy from the University of Western Ontario in 2004. Upon graduation, she received the Gold Medal for having achieved the highest overall average in that program. Rasha graduated from the University of Western Ontario's Faculty of Law in 2007. Throughout law school, Rasha was active in mooting competitions, advancing to the Sopinka Cup, a national moot competition in the area of human rights law. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Rasha completed international human rights, humanitarian & international law courses at the National University of Ireland. She worked at Community Legal Services from 2004-2007, providing legal representation in areas of civil, administrative, and criminal law. Rasha completed her articles with Siskinds and was called to the Bar in 2008.
Rasha is a native Londoner with strong ties to the community and is fluent in Arabic.
