Ahmad Sidqi al-Dajani: A prominent thinker of the nation and a leading figure in the Palestinian national movement, he was also a master of classical Arabic in his time. Born in Jaffa, he earned a doctorate in literature from the Department of History at Cairo University. He was selected as an observer member of the Arabic Language Academies in Egypt and Syria. He authored over sixty books on history, political thought, future studies, reflections, a play, and a collection of research papers and studies in the humanities.
