Aasma Qadumi holds a diploma in Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor's degree in Optometry from An-Najah National University. She has also passed the General Secondary Education Examination.

She began her professional journey as an Optometrist at An-Najah National University Hospital, where she gained valuable experience in the field. She later worked as a lecturer in the Optometry Department at An-Najah National University, in addition to her role as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the same university.
Aasma also served as an Optometrist at Al-Nour Center for Ophthalmology and Surgery, where she treated a variety of vision-related cases. She then took on the position of Director and Optometrist at Al-Jiyosi Medical Centers for Optometry, and later worked as an Optometrist at Tufaha Optometry Center.
