Raed Haroun Rashid Jaber is a member of the Electrical Engineering Department at An-Najah National University in Nablus, Palestine. He earned his Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Technological Electronics in 1999 from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, USA. He also obtained his Bachelor's degree in the same field in 1992 from Alabama A&M University in Huntsville, Alabama, USA.

1- Lecturer at An-Najah National University - Nablus - Palestine in the Department of Electrical Engineering from 2003 to the present.
