Hala Espanyoli (Hebrew: האלה אספניולי) (born in 1951 - died on April 25, 2022) in the city of Nazareth, is a Palestinian academic and researcher in the field of education in Arab society in Israel. Vice Dean of Teachers' House College in Haifa.

I grew up in Nazareth. She is the sister of researcher and activist Nabila Espignoli.
Espignoli served as chairperson of the Education Follow-up Committee and education advisor at the Israeli Ministry of Education. She obtained a BA in Arabic language and sociology from the University of Haifa, after that she obtained a master's degree in educational and psychological counseling from the University of Haifa as well, and a doctorate in educational counseling later from Bar-Ilan University.
After obtaining her doctorate, she worked as a lecturer at the Arab College of Education (Dar Al Muallem) in Haifa and held several positions, including Vice Dean of the College.
She is the author of several books in the fields of education and psychology, including the book “Hidden Proverbs”, in which Espanyoli analyzes Arabic proverbs from a psychological, social and historical perspective. The bulk of her research has been devoted to studying the educational gaps between the educational systems of the Arab and Jewish communities.
She founded the Arab Educational Council, which is concerned with educational issues, and established the Education for Identity project. She was one of the founders of the Childhood Center in Nazareth, and she is also one of the founders of the Studies Center - The Arab Center for Rights and Policies.
