Ghassan Khaled (Abu Nasser, July 27, 1970 -), is a Palestinian lawyer and university professor, and an activist in human rights issues. He is considered one of the most prominent legal figures in Palestine. He was a professor of law at the Faculty of Law at Bethlehem University and a number of other Palestinian universities. He is a practicing doctor at An-Najah National University and Director of the Legal Department at An-Najah National University. He also authored a number of studies and researches in law, and participated in the development of some laws in force in the Palestinian territories.

Ghassan Sharif Muhammad Omar Khaled was born in the village of Jayyous in the Qalqilya Governorate on July 27, 1970. He obtained a bachelor's degree in law from the Russian University for the Friendship of Peoples between 1989 and 1994, then he obtained a master's degree in commercial law from the same university in the period between Between 1994 until 1996, and a doctorate degree in commercial law from the same university in 1999.
Ghassan worked as a civil lawyer and arbitrator in the city of Nablus. He also worked as a professor of commercial law at Bethlehem University and as a visiting professor at the Institute of Law at Birzeit University. He also worked as a legal assistant in the Palestinian Ministry of Supply, and was the director of legal affairs for the Palestinian Sinokrot Company. He worked as a coordinator for the Birzeit Legal Encounters Program at the Institute of Law. He also worked as a coordinator of the Master of Law programs at the Faculty of Law at An-Najah University. He worked as a commentator on the decisions of the Palestinian Court of Cassation at the Institute of Law at Birzeit University.
