Ishaq "Mohammed Sharif" Abdel Hai Sidr (born on November 5, 1963 in Hebron) is a Palestinian engineer and academic who has been serving since April 2019 as Minister of Communications and Information Technology within the government of Muhammad Shtayyeh. Previously, he headed the Palestinian Engineers Syndicate Subcommittee in Hebron Governorate in 2011. He also held the position of Dean of the College of Applied Professions at Palestine Polytechnic University and worked as a lecturer in the Colleges of Engineering and Graduate Studies in it.
