Ishaq "Muhammad Sharif" Abdul Hai Sidr (born November 5 , 1963 in Hebron ) is a Palestinian mechanical engineer and academic . From April 2019 to March 2024, he served as Minister of Communications and Information Technology in the government of Mohammad Shtayyeh .  He previously served as Chairman of the Palestinian Engineers Association Committee – Hebron Branch in 2011.  He also served as Dean of the College of Applied Professions at Palestine Polytechnic University and as a lecturer in its faculties of engineering and graduate studies.
