Ashraf Ismail Mabrouk Al-Qudra ( May 23, 1973 in Khan Yunis ) is a Palestinian physical therapist and rehabilitation specialist and the official spokesperson for the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip . 

His life

Ashraf Al-Qudra was born in Khan Yunis in 1973. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation from the University of Karachi in Pakistan , and a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Policy from Al-Quds University . 

He worked as the Director of Al Rahma Center for Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, and Director of Hotel Services at the Ministry, and later worked as the Head of the Public Relations and Media Unit at the Ministry of Health and its official spokesperson since 2012. 

He remained based in the Gaza Strip during the 2023–24 Israel–Palestine War until moving to Qatar in April 2024.
