Raouf Najib Abdel Rahman Al-Maliki (born November 16 , 1957 in Bethlehem ) is a Palestinian diplomat , and the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Colombia .

His life

Raouf Al-Maliki was born in the city of Bethlehem in 1957 during the Jordanian administration of the West Bank . He is the brother of the Palestinian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Riyad Al-Maliki .

He worked as an advisor in the Palestine Mission to Spain.

On March 13, 2014, he was appointed, with the rank of First Counselor, Head of the Palestine Diplomatic Mission to Colombia , and on May 29, 2014, he handed over his credentials to the Colombian President through Foreign Minister Maria Angela Olguin. 

On May 1, 2015, he was granted ambassadorial status.
