Mazen Ghanaim (Hebrew: מאזן גנאים) (born in 1952) is a politician, businessman, and former soccer player. He belongs to the 48 Arabs. He served as mayor of Sakhnin from 2008 to 2018, which is one of the largest Arab cities inside Israel, and in 2013 he was elected president. The Regional Committee of the Arab Authorities in Israel (a higher body that brings together and represents the elected leaders of the Arab local authorities, was formed in 1974).
He held the position of head of management of the Ittihad Bnei Sakhnin team between 1994-2008, and during his tenure he led the team from the second division to winning the State Cup in the 2003/2004 season.
He ran for the Israeli Knesset elections in 2019, within the National Democratic Gathering Party, where he was elected to the third place, and then his ranking came in the sixth place within an alliance concluded between the Islamic Movement and the Assembly, which the two parties went to after the division of the Joint List in 2019.
