Ibrahim Barham is the Founder and Chairman of SAFAD Engineering & Electronics since 1992, which considered nowadays one of the biggest companies in the Information Technology in Palestine, it consists of 3 specialized companies in the fields of machines, programming, Internet, As well; he is one of the founders of the Palestinian Information & Communication Incubator (PICTI),  besides; Mr. Barham is a board member of Pal Trade, he was a Member of the National Reform Committee from 2002-2004, and he has more than 20 years' experience in the Palestinian private sector especially in Information Technology, Strategic Management Business, Crisis Management, regulations of the private sector, and management of financial and human resources.

 

Mr. Barham is considered a major investor in Palestine, since he is the founder member of several Palestinian companies in the field of real estates, constructions, public investments.

 

Mr. Barham obtained his Master's degree in Business Administration "MBA" from Birziet University, Palestine in 2005, and BA in Electronics Engineering from Birziet University in 1991.
