Majdi Al Sharif has been the CEO of Siniora Food Industries in Jordan and Palestine since October 2005 when he joined the Arab Palestinian Investment Company (APIC). He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Masa Meat Processing Company in Dubai, a subsidiary of Siniora.

Al Sharif has over 25 years of extensive experience in management, planning and engineering. He started his career in 1984 with Procter & Gamble in Saudi Arabia as an engineer and then progressed to become the Engineering Department Manager. In 2002, he moved to the UAE as a Supply Manager at Procter & Gamble, where he was responsible for establishing a business center and then became the Director of the company’s factory in Dubai. For over 18 consecutive years, he has held administrative and executive positions in operations, management and planning. He is a member of the Jordan Strategy Forum, the Jordanian-European Businessmen Association, the Jordanian Exporters Association and the Jordanian Engineers Association.

Al-Sharif holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Gazi University, Türkiye (1980).
