After presenting her distinguished engineering project and obtaining an honors degree in the field of communications and electronics at the University of Damascus, the Employment Committee at the University of Damascus decided to employ the student engineer, Nawar Ahmed Odeh, as a lecturer at the university.

The student was able to train hundreds of students from multiple disciplines in the "Tomouh" group, through several courses in cellular communication systems, computer networks, and other qualifying courses for trainees.

Engineer Nawar Odeh's dream was to complete her studies to obtain a doctorate degree in her field of specialization, and her wish was to own a telecommunications company to enable graduates to work and provide training courses for students in line with the labor market.
