Khairy Naji Abdel Fattah Al-Aridi (October 15, 1947 in Husan ) is a Palestinian sociologist and diplomat .

Academic achievement

He obtained his high school diploma from Bethlehem Boys ’ High School, and in 1970 he obtained a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, psychology, and sociology from Beirut Arab University . Then, in 1985, he obtained a master’s degree in international relations from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations , and later in In 2001, he obtained a doctorate in political science from the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs .

Working life

In 1986, he was appointed as an advisor to PLO Chairman Yasser Arafat on Eastern European affairs . On July 3, 1995, he was appointed Director General in the Presidential Office, and later in 1996 he was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine to Russia, where he continued until 2005, when it was decided to transfer him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Palestine to the Emirates, where he continued. Until 2013.
